Community Improvement Award

Compton Rd - CH This was a locally historic home that had been owned by a couple for forty plus years and had not been well maintained when purchased by the current owners who poured substantial sums to improve the home over the five years they have resided in the home. In 2009 their efforts were recognized by the CH Community Development Dept and awarded a prize for 2009. Heights Enterprise was the principle general contractor involved in most renovations.

Middlefield - TLC This was a home in the Euclid Golf sub-division that also had been previously owned by an individual for thirty plus years who had failed miserably in maintaining the entire residence. Heights Enterprises was actively involved in the reconstruction of much of the interior and remodeling of the kitchen and bath.
   
   

Historically Registered or Significant Homes

   
Compton Rd - CH
Built in 1922, this 2700 sq ft 5 bedroom brick home was built by Frank Cain, a former Mayor of Cleveland Heights and ultimately the driving force behind a local treasure, Cain Park. Mayor Cain left extensive documentation on the contrstruction of the home that was preserved and currently resides at the Cleveland Heights Historical Society.
Elandon
Completed in 1912, this product of FLW's imagination is a 3800 sq ft 3 Bedroom home and (1400 sq ft carriage house) was originally built for one of the principle officers of the Rockefeller Staindard Oil cartel. It is listed on the National Historic Register. Heights Enterprises did extensive work on histic restoration in the LR, replacement of historicaly correct (but modern) windows and custom kitchen upgrades and enhansements.
