Heights Enterprises offers a wide range of services for the home owner. WE are known for our "can do" spirit. We specialize in "Heights Vintage" homes - typically built between 1900 and the 50's/60's. We typically do not stray far from our Heights base. HE provides a wide range of services for its customers which include:
- Repair (Handyman)services. We offer a range of home repair solutions and focus upon real problem solving, not just quick slap-dash fixes. We are licensed in Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights and can be licensed elsewhere as needed. We strive to insure all work we do complies with local and international building codes.
- Remodeling services. Whether you are looking for a simple makeover of a room or major structural work Heights Enterprises can not only do it, but has most likely done it before.
- Renovation services. As a specialist in Heights Vintage homes we are very familiar with the techniques and materials commonly used to build these homes. These were times when standardization was not a widely used concept and when many materials and products used are no longer available. We maintain sources for many hard to find materials and can manufacture many solutions for products or materials that are no longer available or know resources that can. We have our own woodworking shop equipped with the tools to crteate many products that don't exist. This is what sets us apart from many off-the-shelf dependant providers.
