Remediation

We've come to expect you will "get it done" correctly the first time. I wish we could make recommendations to home owners.

Anon - Local Building Inspector

POS Inspections
The "Heights" is unique because its primary housing stock is in the sixty to eighty year range, yet the quality of homes remains high. This is in large part due to the Pint od Sale Inspection program implemented by local city governments. The purpose of the POS is a visual inspection designed to insure obvious building code or aesthetic problems are corrected at the time a property is changing ownership.

Heights Enterprises is experienced in both the skills needed to correct the violations cited, but in understanding the what building inspectors are looking for and how they want to see things resolved.

Heights is a licensed and insured General Contractor in several "Heights" suburbs and can be licensed in others as the need arises.

Violation Free Homes Sell for More

The good old days when all a seller had to do was stick a sign in the front lawn and buyers would buy are gone. Today's buyers want homes that are move in ready. This is especially true when it comes to fixing POS violations.

If a buyer "assumes" violations, he will want to have some additional discount over and above the true costs to cover contingencies and his hast le factor.
